The retreat is led by Piush Gupta, Managing Partner, who brings structure, systems, and strategic direction to the project. A serial entrepreneur, published author, and proud IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Piush has built and scaled ventures across India, Dubai, and Qatar, including Avian Global, GOAT Collection, and Positive Vibes Real Estate. A lifelong devotee of Lord Hanuman and Prabhu Shri Ram, he sees The Ravishya Retreat as a sacred opportunity to give back — by combining quality service with spiritual purpose. His experience in operations, customer experience, and storytelling ensures the retreat runs with professionalism and heart.

At the soul of the retreat is Udita Srivastava and her family — proud locals of Ayodhya and the true guardians of its spirit. A computer science graduate and experienced entrepreneur, Udita was born and brought up in Ayodhya, deeply immersed in its traditions, rituals, and rhythms. Her grounding in the city and intuitive understanding of the recurring needs of pilgrims make her uniquely positioned to serve guests with authenticity and care. From arranging temple visits and Saryu aarti tours to ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention, Udita and her family embody the warm, sacred hospitality Ayodhya is known for.
